Vendor Requests - eReferral Integration

 

Are you a vendor interested in joining the Ontario eReferral Network?

The Ontario eServices Program is open to exploring integrations that improve the overall the Ontario eReferral Network. To help us properly assess your request, we have established a set of standard steps and the timeline below:

 

1. Please complete the below Expression of Interest Form.
2. You will hear from us within 10 business days, with a copy of our Master Services Agreement (MSA), an MSA Compliance form and our integrations requirements.
3. Once you review all documents, if you would like to move forward with your request, please sign and return the MSA Compliance form.
4. Within 10 business days you will receive a link to our Intake Requirements Gathering Form for us to better understand about your organization, your referral workflows, and how best our organizations may partner with each other.
5. After all required information is submitted, you can expect to hear from us within 10 business days regarding next steps. 

 

Please note that we receive a high volume of integration requests and depending on the complexity or other factors, the response time may be longer than 10 business days. We will assess your integration requests in alignment with our roadmap, clinical priority areas and our existing queue. The outcome of our review may or may not lead to partnering with your organization.
