Ideal Primary Care Practice Model 

As part of our commitment to co-designing digital health solutions that address specific clinician workflows, the eCE has launched a year-long, bi-monthly webinar series (July 2024 to July 2025). 

We believe primary care practices can be transformed with the right tools and support. That’s why we are also embarking on a co-design journey with primary care clinicians to create an Ideal Primary Care Practice Model. This model will identify effective strategies and supports to streamline operations and elevate the experiences of both clinicians and patients. Stay tuned for more information!
