The System Coordinated Access (SCA) team recently met with the Provincial Patient and Family Advisory Committee and the Waterloo Wellington Local Health Integration Network (WWLHIN) Patient and Family Advisory Committee to share information about the our own SCA Patient and Caregiver Working Group. The SCA program is currently working on sharing data with patients from the new electronic referral (eReferral) solution, and is always looking for ways to incorporate patient and caregiver feedback into our products and services!
In upcoming sessions, members of the SCA Patient and Caregiver Working Group will be sharing their stories and passions to help us work toward this goal.
