Connecting South West Ontario (cSWO) Program Phase 3: Implementation began in April, 2014. In the first year of the program, the CFFM FHT eHealth Centre of Excellence, as the cSWO Change Management and Adoption Delivery Partner for Waterloo Wellington has reached many milestones and accomplishments.

For the Regional Clinical Viewer, ClinicalConnect™, we’ve met with 61 HSPs representing approximately 866 potential users. We’ve assisted 28 organizations to submit data sharing agreements for ClinicalConnect partnership, and a further 20 applications to the Centre for Family Medicine FHT’s Local Registration and Sponsorship Authority. We’ve also trained approximately 575 ClinicalConnect users.

Hospital Report Manager (HRM) deployment to clinicians began in the fall. We’ve had orientation meetings with 25 organizations. Twenty-one organizations, representing 180 users, are currently in the implementation process with OntarioMD, and two organizations in Waterloo Wellington are connected to HRM. Implementation to HRM work at our local hospitals is also ongoing.
