In early March 2018, the System Coordinated Access (SCA) program team and representatives from five SCA deployment teams from across five Local Health Integration Networks (LHINS) – Waterloo Wellington, South East, Champlain, Erie St. Clair, and North East – came together for an orientation to the SCA program’s eReferral deployment model. This 3 day meeting of the minds was full of rich dialogue and collaborative planning across LHINs, which will continue as the Program evolves and the eReferral strategy for the province takes shape.

The eReferral deployment teams built connections with each other and all left the meeting energized and ready to successfully implement the SCA program model within their respective regions.
